These terms govern the cleaning services provided by Cleaning Company Inc.. By booking a service you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services as described in your quotation. Final pricing depends on property size, condition and frequency.

2. Bookings & cancellations

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Payment

Payment is due after the service is completed, via credit card, bank transfer or invoice for business clients.

4. Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected area free of charge.

5. Liability & insurance

We are fully insured. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where prohibited by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our registered place of business. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent local courts.
